Our Process
Initial Consultation
We visit your home, meet your team, assess your resident numbers and needs, and agree a testing schedule.
Resident Records Setup
We create individual eye care records for each resident, including medical history, mobility notes, and communication preferences.
Scheduled Testing Days
Our optometrist arrives with all equipment. We work room by room, keeping disruption to a minimum. Each test takes 30–45 minutes.
Results & Glasses
Results are shared with you and the resident's GP (with consent). Glasses are ordered, delivered, and fitted on a return visit.
Ongoing Care
Annual re-testing is scheduled automatically. Emergency appointments available for sudden vision changes or lost/broken glasses.

- All optometrists hold enhanced DBS certificates
- Full public liability and professional indemnity insurance
- Infection control protocols aligned with CQC standards
